Abstract
For a fixed hidden label among four equatorial qubit preparations, we study its common-sign target with independent conditional copy stock and a fixed decision deadline. Adaptive and randomized nonadaptive equatorial readers have equal minimax risk through three copies for every shared efficiency and visibility. At four copies, exact rational policies and continuous nonadaptive certificates establish strict feedback advantages in both ideal and specified noisy parents. The nominal one-percent copy minima lie in [13 14] for both classes; under the original asymmetric fixed-gain/phase uncertainty each lies in [16
17]. A robust repeated-angle minimax frontier extends to arbitrary common-positive frozen-angle lotteries, and convex-source theorems identify when a single reader suffices globally. Compact policy graphs, exact dual certificates and retained-record witnesses are supplied. Copy savings are distinct from total apparatus savings, and no new Born-selection law is inferred.
