Abstract
We specify a two-mode phase source, bounded coherent reader and terminal stable detector flags in one complete instrument, retaining all null/loss outputs and arbitrary inert references. A solved finite-lifetime control problem gives the sharp unambiguous-success frontier. A distinct bounded-jump-hazard problem has a different attaining instrument and finite collision realization. We derive an analytic minimax conditional-error/conclusive-rate frontier for amplitude, phase and visibility uncertainty, and realize it with the same bounded coupling. A calibrated entrance filter separates the reader ratio from common uncertain conversion; a complete controlled-path overlap certificate then gives a sharp imperfect-matching tolerance and a pointer/reference distance. The results concern declared apparatus and output-access classes. They neither derive Born statistics nor establish a biological or consciousness mechanism.
