28 Conclusion

The achieved statements concern calibrated, historically faithful finite records under explicit deterministic dynamics and restricted nonequilibrium laws. Their mathematical content can be evaluated without adopting a broader philosophical framework. What is not derived is the physical provenance of every initial-law restriction, the selection of guidance among alternative dynamics, or an established-matter realization of every interaction. Independent mathematical review should first test the precise current/domain and event-composition claims under the stated assumptions. A physical programme would additionally need a material model and its own quantitative reduction to the retained-record observable.

Funding and collaboration.

This research was conducted independently by Jeremy Rodgers without external research funding. The author welcomes collaboration on independent mathematical review, computational replication, physical implementation and empirical testing, particularly where specialist expertise, equipment or institutional resources are required.

AI assistance and verification.

The author developed this research programme, including the mathematical arguments. AI tools were used as an aid in that work and in preparing this publication version, including manuscript consolidation, literature checking, mathematical checks, and internal computational checks. The author retains responsibility for the manuscript.
