Summary
Distinguishes awareness as an aspect of U from localized subjects, lived scenes, persons, memory and report. Certified realization and a declared selection doctrine precede A0–A3: the awareness commitment, perspective admission, full endogenous predictive content and nonbranching process continuation. A conditional finite completion theorem and worked models develop the constitution, with biological and artificial applications. Realization selection and empirical assessment remain open obligations. Version 2 supersedes the earlier Consciousness Field account; it reports no new neural-data validation.
