## 13 Conclusion

<a id="p2s:sec:conclusion"></a>

The prescribed effective parent admits a complete repeated positional record history. The compact reader exposes actual earlier digits without fresh scratch populations; the scalar gate writes each digit into a different receiver; the exact reset restores the required wave factor while retaining its correlations; and the complete current controls every receiver during the remaining schedule. The 44-cycle bound is therefore a joint statement about earlier labels and held records, with an explicit original-law contract and an explicitly delimited warmup interface.

Finite-control analysis gives further usable mathematics. Localizing the comparison wave at the actual record boundary can make derivative errors far cheaper than a global estimate, while retaining the quadratic error current. One-module inverse-label bounds, actual interpulse archive drift, and stopped-tube guard fees give a complete calibration criterion. The positive spring sweep proves approximate exchange uniformly over a constant gain interval. Its exact local ramps and endpoint traps remain separate assumptions, as the idle-curvature counterexample demonstrates.

The remaining physical questions concern simultaneous stock and actual-law preparation, material sources and clocks for the prescribed controls, complete microscopic currents, residual interactions with held receivers, and feasible calibration in that same parent. Extending scope to a different carrier or apparatus requires those interfaces to be proved again with their incoming errors and full history retained. The present mathematical results provide concrete targets for that work without claiming that the full measurement and Born-statistics problem has been resolved.
